2Definitions

Prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final payable amount are shown during shopping and checkout. A pricing error may be corrected before order acceptance, with notice and an opportunity to confirm or cancel where appropriate.
7Product Availability
Products and variants remain subject to stock availability. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, CARTELL will contact you about the available resolution.
8Orders
Review product, quantity, variation, delivery address, and payment details before submitting an order. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
9Order Acceptance
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; it does not by itself guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs when CARTELL confirms processing or dispatch, subject to payment verification, stock, serviceability, and applicable law.

Payment may be made using the methods displayed at checkout. Payment processing is performed through the selected payment provider. Failed, reversed, cancelled, or duplicate transactions will be investigated using the relevant transaction reference.
11Shipping
Shipping charges and current delivery information are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. The checkout total should be reviewed before payment.
12Delivery
Delivery estimates depend on the destination and courier service and are not a guarantee unless expressly stated. Tracking information is shared after dispatch where available. Please provide a complete and serviceable address.
13Returns
Eligible return requests are governed by the Return & Refund Policy, including the 7-calendar-day request window and product-condition requirements.
14Refunds
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method or another available payment mechanism, as appropriate. Bank or payment-provider processing time may apply after CARTELL initiates the refund.
15Cancellation
Cancellation eligibility depends on order status. See the Cancellation Policy for pre-dispatch requests and the process that may apply after dispatch.
16Customer Account
Keep account credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for keeping your account and address information current.

Reviews and other content must be genuine, relevant, lawful, and respectful. Do not submit confidential information, infringing material, spam, impersonation, or misleading claims. CARTELL may moderate content consistently with applicable law.

The CARTELL name, logo, site design, original graphics, photographs, and written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping.
19Website Availability
The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, updates, or circumstances outside reasonable control. CARTELL may change or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to protect active orders.
20Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, liability will be assessed according to the nature of the transaction and the loss directly caused.

These Terms may be updated to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law.
22Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent forum determined under applicable law; no provision removes a consumer’s statutory forum or remedy.
